Her disguise takes the hit for her, of course, but she tries to focus on the way the electricity flows around her body—and then from it, when she immediately proceeds to Mimic the move. The Thunder Shock starts in the cheeks of her now drooping disguise-head—just like it would if a Pikachu were to use the move—before enveloping her body and surging out through her claws at Siffrin's feet.
She isn't trying very hard at all to actually hit them—just firing close enough to demonstrate the move (and if they do let themselves get hit, it's a low-level move and they have type resistance on their side, so she doesn't expect them to take much damage).]
